Recently, the Greater Bridgeport location of the Caribbean World Chamber of Commerce selected Trantolo & Trantolo for 2013’s Exceptional Community Service Award. Since our law firm’s start, Trantolo & Trantolo has made caring about and helping Connecticut’s communities a hallmark of our team, and we are extremely honored to receive this award acknowledging our efforts in the Greater Bridgeport area and throughout the state.
On September 28, Trantolo & Trantolo is attending the Caribbean World Chamber of Commerce Dinner in Derby at the Grassy Hill Lodge to accept our award. The Black Tie Awards Dinner recognizes the excellence of various local organizations and individuals. Atty. Vincent Trantolo will accept the honor, and accompanying him are Keith and Scott Trantolo, Chick Pritchard, and Wayne Winston, Trantolo & Trantolo’s Community Liaison for the Greater Bridgeport area.
Making an appearance will be Chante Moore, the R&B and gospel singer currently seen on TVOne program R&B Divas. To attend the dinner, tickets are now available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Beginning in 2009, the Caribbean World Chamber of Commerce now encompasses two locations: an office in Bridgeport that covers all of Fairfield County and a new, second location in South Florida’s West Palm Beach and Broward County area. This nonprofit organization strives to assist small businesses with growth, collaboration, networking, and support.
The CBO community-based organization further aims to encourage successful Caribbean-American business development in the United States. This includes not only expanding existing Caribbean-American businesses but also attracting new ones and growing surrounding communities.
Rather than just focus on Connecticut and South Florida, the Caribbean World Chamber of Commerce looks toward its global role by working with and encouraging cooperation between various economic chambers throughout the world.
