Scott Trantolo is the Chief Executive Officer of our firm. His passion and dedication to excellence have guided the successful business development of our firm, as we navigate the challenging waters of the contemporary personal injury law firm. Injured people are primary in his world view. Along with his brother, Keith, Scott’s leadership continues an 85-year-old tradition of extraordinary success for our clients. Scott is unique, as a nationally recognized business leader within the legal world. He knows how to listen with his heart and evaluate, review and plan with a keen, laser- focused mind. He also has a very special fondness for a German shepherd named Dylan.

Molly has 25 years of experience in the legal field, including Probate, Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, Real Estate Law and over 15 years in Personal Injury Law. She is extremely passionate about doing quality work and helping clients in the process. As an Operations Manager, Molly interacts with all members of the Trantolo & Trantolo team and frequently travels among the 7 firm offices. From interviewing, training, staff development, quality control and client service, Molly is always assisting staff and helping the firm grow every day. On a personal note, Molly recently got married in a beachside wedding at her & her husband’s favorite beach. She loves attending concerts and sporting events with her family & friends. Go Yankees!!

Henry has 20 years of financial and operational experience in the automotive industry with positions held as Corporate Controller and General Manager of various car dealerships in CT and VT. He has found there are a lot of similarities between the automotive industry and personal injury law in that one of the primary goals is great customer service and always doing what is best for our clients. Outside of work, Henry is an avid mountain biker and enjoys building his own bikes. He has a passion and appreciation for the outdoors, mostly from going to college and living in Vermont for many years. Henry and his wife, Lisa, have one son, Nathan, and enjoy doing projects around the house.

Working at Trantolo & Trantolo is definitely her "home away from home." For the last 25 years, the firm and Nancy's co-workers have always been supportive both personally and professionally. Nancy and her husband Jeff are avid travelers who enjoy exploring and love their Cairn Terriers.

Chick believes deeply that awesome communication is at the core of an awesome legal experience. Based on his experience in the ministry, law enforcement, education, public speaking and politics, Chick brings a unique career experience to our firm. He is totally committed to all of us being the very best that we can be as individuals, and as professionals. He is a family-oriented guy who also loves the ocean, motorcycles, travel, good food, good wine and good friends.

With a passion for people and drive to foster a positive and inclusive workplace environment, Kendra is dedicated to supporting our talented team. She believes that investing in our team’s well-being and professional growth is paramount to achieving success as a firm. Kendra is proud to be a part of the dynamic team at Trantolo & Trantolo, where we strive to create an environment where everyone feels valued, respected, and empowered to excel. She looks forward to contributing to the continued success and growth of the firm. Outside of Trantolo, you’ll find Kendra exploring new restaurants, getting creative with DIY projects, and spending time with her family.

Norm has been with T&T for the past 16 years, organizing charity events for the firm and handling property damage for hundreds of clients. He is not only an employee, but has also been a client. He believes it is an honor to work for a firm that is so philanthropic and committed to helping charities. He received his insurance adjuster license, so he could further help clients. He has been an avid motorcycle rider for the last 50 years. He has 4 sons and 9 enjoyable grandchildren.

With a deep passion for motorcycles, Brenda organizes and promotes rides and events. She is a proud member of Women in the Wind, a Connecticut-based motorcycle riding club. She can often be found at local bike nights and rides supporting local motorcycle charity events. When she’s not riding her motorcycle, Brenda enjoys hiking, fitness, yoga and spending time with her family, friends and dog, Zoe!

As a paralegal for over 15 years, Anne has become a "go-to" paralegal for many cases, both large and small. Anne treats each client with the same level of empathy that she would hope to encounter, should hardship or tragedy fall on herself or her family. In her spare time, you can find Anne running, traveling, exploring Connecticut’s culinary scene or relaxing with a good book.

Dorothy has been working in the legal field for over 25 years, specializing in Litigation for both plaintiff and defense in areas spanning from CT, NY, NJ and MA. She has a diverse skillset with deep insurance and legal experience working on complex matters involving Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, General Liability, Personal and Commercial Litigation, Product Liability, Environmental and Subrogation. She strives in teaching and mentoring fellow staff members to become successful and knowledgeable in the legal field. Dorothy has a passion for animals and animal rights, and in her free time enjoys a good book on the couch with her dogs and spending time with her family.

Cassie is a registered nurse with over 20 years of experience in the healthcare arena, mainly in acute care where she has extensive knowledge in critical and advanced wound care and case management for managed care and workers compensation insurance companies. She has worked as a Legal Nurse Consultant primarily as a contractor for an expert witness and most recently completed a Legal Nurse Consultant certificate program. Originally from Texas, Cassie is a proud military wife and mom. She enjoys tending to her hobby farm and loves to travel!

Ashley has been with the firm for over 15 years and has held a few different positions. She started as the front desk receptionist and then moved to the intake/pre-litigation department. Currently, she is the Executive Assistant to Scott Trantolo. Working for a family company that truly cares about their employees and clients is an honor and place that Ashley enjoys coming to every day. She has been married to her husband Dave for fourteen years and they have three beautiful children, Addyson, Liam and Ella.

Feruze has been with Trantolo & Trantolo for the past 18 years. She works in our Waterbury office as a receptionist and is proud to be a member of the Trantolo & Trantolo team.

Matthew has been with Trantolo & Trantolo for over 10 years. He is honored to be part of a staff that is dedicated to helping those who are in need of assistance.
