Scott Trantolo is the Chief Executive Officer of our firm. His passion and dedication to excellence have guided the successful business development of our firm, as we navigate the challenging waters of the contemporary personal injury law firm. Injured people are primary in his world view. Along with his father, Vincent and brother, Keith, Scott’s leadership continues an 80-year-old tradition of extraordinary success for our clients. Scott is unique, as a nationally recognized business leader within the legal world. He knows how to listen with his heart and evaluate, review and plan with a keen, laser- focused mind. He also has a very special fondness for a German shepherd named Dylan.
- Medine Etemi
VP of Operations
Medine has been with the Trantolo & Trantolo “family” for over 25 years. She ensures quality in all aspects of firm operation and client relations. Her invaluable experience allows the firm to run smoothly and efficiently. She works passionately to resolve issues on behalf of our clients. Medine is proud of the long-term relationships she’s built both professionally and personally. She has been married to her husband for over 30 years and has two sons, both of whom work in the legal profession. She is also the proud grandmother to four beautiful grandchildren.
- Nina Kareliussen
Director of Legal Operations
Nina has worked in the personal injury field since 1998, specializing in areas like Case Management, Intake Management, Supervisory Roles, Staff Training, Client Experience, Software Administration, Operations Management and Quality Assurance. She and her husband, Kevin have two boys, Cole and Connor, and a basset hound mix named Chancellor. Nina loves the summer season most of all, enjoys movies and music of many genres, as well as crafting and creative projects.
- Molly McCann
Molly has 25 years of experience in the legal field, including Probate, Trusts & Estates, Elder Law, Real Estate Law and 12 years in Personal Injury Law. She is very passionate about doing quality work and helping clients in the process. Molly loves going to the beach and watching sports with her family & friends. Go Yankees!!
- Nancy Perkel
Working at Trantolo & Trantolo is definitely her "home away from home." For the last two decades, the firm and Nancy's co-workers have always been supportive both personally and professionally. Nancy and her husband Jeff are avid travelers who enjoy exploring and love their Cairn Terriers.
- Norm LeBlanc
Event Coordinator / Certified Licensed Insurance Adjuster
Norm has been with T&T for over 10 years, organizing charity events for the firm. He is not only an employee, but has also been a client. He believes it is an honor to work for a firm that is so philanthropic and committed to helping charities. He received his insurance adjuster license so he could further help clients. He has been an avid motorcycle rider for the last 40 years. He has 4 sons and 9 enjoyable grandchildren.

Senior Litigation Paralegal
As a paralegal for over 10 years, Anne has become a "go-to" paralegal for many cases, both large and small. Anne treats each client with the same level of empathy that she would hope to encounter, should hardship or tragedy fall on herself or her family. In her spare time, you can find Anne running and traveling throughout the country, sipping a craft beer or just relaxing with a good book.

Over the past 10 years, Viollca has worked hard and grown into her role as a Litigation Paralegal in our Waterbury office. She is surrounded by an amazing team of co-workers who support and motivate her each day. And for that, she is grateful!
- Lona Barone
Lona has been with Trantolo & Trantolo for the past 10 years. She is honored to work and be part of a family who is truly dedicated to helping others. Helping and caring for others has always been who she is as a person and the reason why she enjoys providing these services to clients. Lona is married to her husband Steve and they have two beautiful children, Daniella and Frankie. Family is the most important thing.

- Ashley Jupe
Ashley has been with the firm for over 10 years and has held a few different positions. She started as the front desk receptionist and then moved to the intake/pre-litigation department. Currently, she is the Executive Assistant to Scott Trantolo. Working for a family company that truly cares about their employees and clients is an honor and place that Ashley enjoys coming to every day. She has been married to her husband Dave for five years and they have two beautiful children, Addyson and Liam.

Legal Administrative Assistant / Intake Specialist
Feruze has been with Trantolo & Trantolo for the past 15 years. She works in our Waterbury office as a legal administrative assistant and intake specialist. She is proud to be a member of the Trantolo & Trantolo team.

Matthew, head of the intake department, has been with Trantolo & Trantolo for nearly 10 years. He is honored to be part of a staff that is dedicated to helping those who are in need of assistance.

Charlene has been with Trantolo & Trantolo for 10 years. She is the friendly voice you hear when calling the office. Charlene is a very outgoing person who enjoys spending time with family and friends.
