The National Trial Lawyers: Top 100 Trial Lawyers list is one of the most prestigious distinctions for civil plaintiff and criminal defense trial attorneys. The organization selects 100 lawyers per state or major region meeting a strict set of qualifications, with memberships reviewed annually.
Atty. Vincent Trantolo recently was selected after a multi-phase process consisting of peer recommendations and third-party research. Those selected cannot defend corporations or insurance companies, and must display superior leadership, reputation, influence, stature, and a public profile.
Specifically, to even be considered, trial lawyers across the nation must fulfill the following:

• Maintain leadership in other state and national trial lawyer organizations.
• Have top rankings and ratings in leading national evaluation organizations.
Getting selected exceeds being just another distinction for a lawyer’s career. The list itself serves as a source of information, education, and networking for accredited trial lawyers in the U.S., while those selected can access a wealth of professional networking opportunities and CLE programs – aspects that help members stay competitive in the field. Atty. Trantolo isn’t the first from Trantolo & Trantolo to be selected for the National Trial Lawyers’ exclusive distinctions. His son Atty. Keith Trantolo was named in the National Trial Lawyers: 40 Under 40 list this year. This list lets lawyers across the country access the same types of opportunities and programs and uses a similar procedure and set of qualifications.
