Legal Experience

Richard practiced personal injury law in Southwest Florida for 4 years before moving to Connecticut. Since returning home, he continued representing the injured for 2 years. He also worked for the Connecticut Department of Labor, presiding over unemployment insurance appeals.

He earned his Bachelor of Science from Southern Vermont College and his Juris Doctorate from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida. In law school, his law review note was published in the Spring 2013 edition of the Ave Maria International Law Journal.

Richard joined Trantolo & Trantolo in 2023 as our Intake Attorney, evaluating new cases and starting the investigation process. He is responsible for reviewing legal documents, answering any legal questions and explaining our role as the law firm to potential clients. Richard is eager to help you take on the insurance companies in your time of need.
