Avery Kahn is a trial attorney based in our Hartford office, who has previous experience in both criminal and civil litigation defense.
Avery attended Central Connecticut State University, where he graduated cum laude with a B.A. in History. It was there that he developed a real appreciation for our legal system and the legal profession. He was able to cultivate advanced research and writing skills that later were honed when he attended Western New England University School of Law and obtained his J.D.
Avery recognized early in his legal career that his calling was to represent plaintiffs in the area of personal injury. He finds it to be both noble and fulling work and is proud to be part of a firm that truly has the best interests of every client at heart. Having represented insurance companies, Avery is familiar with the strategies and tactics they use to defend their cases.
Avery is an active general aviation pilot and former volunteer Civil Air Patrol transport pilot based out of Brainerd Airport in Hartford. He is a member of the Hartford County Bar Association, Connecticut Bar Association and CT Trial Lawyers Association.
